Shipping policy

Local Delivery 

Staij and Co. currently offers delivery with Trexity for an $8 fee. The delivery window is between 9am - 1pm or 1pm-6pm but an exact delivery time is not guaranteed. Our drivers will not leave perishable items unattended, so please make arrangements to have your order collected directly from the driver. If the driver cannot contact you and complete the delivery, the order will be returned to our location at the expense of the customer, and the customer will be required to pick up the order within 24 hours. Orders that cannot be delivered/picked up will not be refunded. If the customer requests that the delivery driver leave the order at the door unattended, Staij and Co is not responsible for any losses or damages that occur once the order has been dropped. If the address provided by the customer on an order is incorrect and requires rerouting, the customer will be subject to additional delivery fees. If there is an issue with your order you must contact us at info@staijandco.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

Canada Wide Shipping

Staij and Co. ships throughout Canada using Canada Post as our third party shipping carrier. Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days after the order is placed. Staij and Co. is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling. Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered. Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates. Staij and Co. is not responsible for any Canada Post delivery delays due to the high volume that Canada Post is experiencing during the pandemic. If there is an issue with your order you must contact us at info@staijandco.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

Store Pickup

We no longer offer store pickup as an option and operate solely by shipping and delivery.
